I don’t know about you, but sometimes I think I take life too seriously – and if I’m being serious all the time, I lose that element of ‘craziness’ and being a bit spontaneous and fun. Having fun in your relationship is super important but it can be challenging to think of new experiences when life’s worries and day-to-day tasks consume your thoughts and energy. That’s where idearly can be helpful – to provide a prompt for a random act of thoughtfulness that might add another element of fun to your relationship.

Week days are often busy with work and weekends are filled with boring household tasks like washing, grocery shopping, cleaning, so sometimes feeling inspired, or being fun to be around, is elusive. But the other day I received a prompt from idearly suggesting I organise an outing – so off we went to beautiful King’s Park to wander around hand-in-hand and enjoy some lovely sunshine, savour an ice cream as we sat of the grass, and ‘ooh and ahh’ over all the glorious wildflowers. It was a simple outing, but we both had fun and we were forced out of the routine-ness of life. Sharing such moments together can really help to keep the spark alive in your relationship.
