Happy New Year and may 2020 bring you health, wealth and happiness and a deep sense of fulfilment in your relationships.
Christmas and New Year can be extraordinarily joyful times for people, and can also be tinged with sadness or tragedy, depending what’s happening in your life. For example, we are suffering from catastrophic fires in Australia and there have been devastating losses of property, and worse, the lives of loved ones. So while it is important to find things to celebrate, it can be tough when life is not taking you in the direction you thought you were heading. At these times you especially need the support of family and friends.
Celebrating might involve looking back on all the things you are grateful for in 2019, and planning for your goals for 2020 – I am about to head to a retreat with my husband to refresh ourselves, meditate, cleanse our body, plan our goals, and importantly, spend a few days just enjoying each other’s company in a relaxed environment before the full force of the working year descends upon us. https://thehealershealer.co/
What can you do together with your partner to celebrate your achievements, develop some joint goals for the future, and deepen your relationship? Please feel free to comment with your ideas.
